Withdrawals to debit cards aren't possible at the moment; bank transfer is the alternative. For crypto on the ETH network a minimum of 0.01 ETH applies.

You can only withdraw via the site itself. Make sure your account is verified before you start.

Withdrawal limits and terms
The same period limits apply to all methods, unless a higher amount has been agreed in advance.

- Bonus funds can't be withdrawn; balance and winnings from a bonus are only released after the wagering requirement.

Withdrawal fees
USpin charges no withdrawal fees of its own. There are three exceptions:
- from the 26th approved withdrawal in a calendar month: 2% of the amount, minimum €5 per withdrawal
- for a chargeback where identity or payment method can't be confirmed: €50 per reminder email, maximum two
- for duplicate accounts: 10% administration fee, minimum €30, per extra account
Currency conversion
Your account runs in EUR. When converting to another currency, the casino uses a rate of its choosing and the exchange rate markup is at your expense. Banks may charge fees for non-EU transfers.
Verification before your first withdrawal
Without verified details, withdrawing isn't possible. In My Account you upload an ID, a utility bill no more than 3 months old and proof of each payment method you've used. An additional check applies to every withdrawal above €1,000, and that right also applies to lower amounts. Exactly which documents are needed is explained on Registration.
Payout via the same method
All withdrawals go through the method of your deposit, unless the casino decides otherwise or that isn't possible. If you've deposited with several methods, the withdrawal may be split across those methods. All accounts, cards and wallets must be in your name.
Cancelling a withdrawal
Under the anti-money laundering policy, the casino may ask you to cancel a withdrawal or redirect it to another method. If you cancel a withdrawal and then keep playing with the money, that gives no right to compensation.
On account closure
If the casino closes your account, the available balance is paid out within a maximum of 5 business days, unless there's reason to withhold it. If you close your account yourself with a positive balance or pending withdrawals, all funds are forfeited and only your last deposit is refunded. So withdraw your balance first.
