The USpin terms at a glance: one account per household, bonuses with x40 wagering and 14 days validity. Adults only.
By using USpin you agree to our terms and conditions. The key rules are below; the terms are published in several languages, but only the English version is legally binding.
1. General provisions
Playing at USpin is for adults only, or older if the local gambling age requires it. You play as a natural person, non-professionally and solely for yourself. We don't provide credit and pay no interest on balances; USpin is not a financial institution.
2. Account and registration
One account is allowed per person, address, phone number or email address, IP address and household. Accounts may not be sold, bought or transferred and money may not be transferred between accounts.
2.1. Duplicate accounts
With a duplicate account, the following consequences apply:

3. Deposits
We accept payments in EUR. Payments in another currency are converted at a rate of our choosing; the exchange rate markup is at your expense. We don't accept cash and all means of payment must be in your name. Minimum amounts per method are on the payments page.
3.1. Rules for crypto
Additional rules apply to crypto deposits. On the ETH blockchain the minimum is 0.01 ETH; smaller transactions are permanently lost and can't be combined. We only accept ERC-20 (USDTE) and TRC20 (USDT). Transactions via Binance Smart Chain or to a wrong network address won't be recovered.
4. Withdrawals and verification
Before your first withdrawal we verify your account. Withdrawals go through the same method as your deposit; withdrawals to debit cards aren't possible at the moment, bank transfer is the alternative. For every payout above €1,000 we carry out extra verification. Limits per day, week and 30 days apply to withdrawals; they're on the withdrawals page.
4.1. Required documents

5. Responsible gaming
If you want a break, you request self-exclusion. During the exclusion you can't open a new account and you receive no marketing.
- Contact customer service.
- State the exclusion period you want.
- When it ends, your account is reopened automatically.
6. Inactive accounts
An account is inactive after 12 months without logging in. We send an email 30 days in advance. After that, administration fees may apply; if you log in again, they stop and you can request a refund. Inactive accounts with a zero balance may be closed.
7. Account closure
You close your account via customer service, with a zero balance and no pending withdrawal requests. If you close with a positive balance or a pending request, all funds are cancelled and only the last deposit is refunded. If we close an account, we pay out the available balance within a maximum of 5 business days.
8. Bonuses and promotions
Bonus funds sit in a separate Bonus Balance and can't be withdrawn directly. Casino bonuses have a wagering requirement of x40, free spins x30 and the sports bonus x10, each valid for 14 days. While wagering, the maximum bet is €5 per game round or €0.50 per line. Winnings from a bonus or free spins before a deposit are capped at €100.
8.1. Contribution to the wagering requirement

While a bonus is active, Lines, Coins, Dice Million Boxes, Dice, Solar Temple, Solar Queen and everything in Instant Win are excluded. If you cancel a bonus, the bonus and all winnings from it are forfeited.
9. Irregular play and fraud
We take action against abuse of our site and promotions. Examples of irregular play:
- Creating multiple accounts or collusion
- Hedging, such as red and black in roulette or Player and Banker in baccarat
- Betting at odds below 1.5
- Bets above the maximum or on excluded games
- Using the Double feature
- IP masking or a VPN
- Exploiting technical errors or software manipulation
- Cherry-picking games with valuable jackpots or automated simultaneous play
Sanctions include withdrawing bonuses and bonus winnings, exclusion from future bonuses, account closure and withholding of winnings and remaining balance.
10. Chargebacks
With a chargeback we may block your account, take legal action and offset claims; your balance may become negative. If identity or payment method can't be confirmed, we charge €50 per reminder email, for a maximum of two emails.
11. Liability
The site and games are provided as they are. We aren't liable for outages, delays, data loss or communication errors. In case of a system failure, all bets are void and the stake is refunded. Player funds are held in a separate bank account but aren't protected in case of insolvency.
12. Fair play
Game results are random, because our external game suppliers use computerized random number generators.
13. Complaints procedure
You first report a complaint to customer service. In a dispute, you submit a written complaint by email from your registered address, with COMPLAINT in the subject line, your username, full name, an explanation and the relevant dates. Our Complaints Resolution Committee responds within 10 days; complex cases may take longer. After that, external dispute resolution options are open.
14. Intellectual property
The brand, logo, URL, technology, software and content of the site are the property of USpin. Without written permission, the following isn't allowed:
- Reproduction of site content
- Use of the brand or logo
- Copying or reusing software and technology
